@omz, is there still a way to cycle though annotations? Before you could bring up a pop window, you could step through them and clear them all etc.

When you tap the file name, annotations should show up at the top of the list, and you can select or clear them from there. There will be an option to clear all annotations in the next beta.

@omz , sorry I haven't tried them. But I assumed they would work exactly the same as the pep-8 and pyflakes checks.

Yes, the pep8 and pyflakes checkers actually use
editor.annotate_line
, so it's exactly the same thing. -
Incidentally, if you have a doctest that loads and closes files in the editor, annotations seem to get cleared from the running doctest I realize that is kind of an edge case!
