Carriage returns in .py files makes Pythonista crash
-
I have noticed a (minor) bug. When there are Carriage Returns in the script, Pythonista frequently crashes when deleting a line.
I noticed this behaviour after I had edited a script on my PC. Apparantly the editor has added a CR carriage for every line. Usually Pythonista ends a line with just a LF. The CR/LF pair seems to be fatal for the Pythonista editor.
Of course, it's quite easy to delete the CRs with the PC editor.
By the way, the script runs perfectly even with CRs in the file.Maybe good to know for other users experiencing crashes and maybe OMZX can fix this bug in a future version.
