Photos to dropbox and movie info
-
I have been following the forum here for several weeks and find the info very helpful. I'm new to python and have been trying to develop some useful scripts that solve some of my workflow issues. I take a lot of iPhone photos and have not been able to find a iPhone app that fills all my needs regarding resizing, geo-tagging and organizing my photos in dropbox with metadata intact. I wrote a Pythonista script that works quite well for these requirements.
I also enjoy movies and write a daily journal using DayOne that includes info on the movies I watch. I put together another Pythonista script to gather most of the pertinent data about the movies by querying the IMDB api. The script writes the data to the clipboard and I copy it into Editorial and then transfer it to DayOne after adding more notes in Editorial.
I have posted both scripts in a new Git-Hub repository here. Comments, suggestions, and changes are welcome, as I am sure that my code, while working, could be less complicated. I've been at this about a month now. Thanks in advance for your input.

Have you looked at @luk's DayOne code? http://omz-forums.appspot.com/pythonista/post/5290367574343680
I put some pull requests on your repo.
