Anybody using Editorial w/ Working Copy?
-
Hi, I tried to use the Working Copy workflow, but couldn't make it work. Posted a question a few weeks back at the workflow page, but no replies yet, so I figured I'd ask here for help. So, how to set Editorial up so that I can pull and push from a Working copy git repo?
Here's the link to the workflow:

Thanks in advance! =)

Can't answer your question but I learned something from this workflow:
The python is split into two parts:
-
function definitions
-
Mainline code calling these functions
I didn't know you could structure it like that. But it's useful as you can keep the function definitions around, neatly packaged.
So thanks for drawing my attention to it.

I did get this to work. It's interesting and good work but fails once it becomes necessary to resolve sync conflicts. Or am I missing something? Only a ios8 document picker will be a genuine solution, it seems to me...

@macula, care to give step-by-step instructions on how to to do a push and a pull? It would be really useful to me even without sync conflict resolution...

Agreed. I would love to see this as well. https://forum.omz-software.com/topic/1848/working-copy-integration-sidebar/11 contains some of my questions.
