Workflow for creating markdown links of all URL:s in document

Hi!

I need a workflow that automatically creates markdown links from all URL:s in an Editorial document with the title of the URL:s as linked text. Has anyone here already made one? As I'm not that skilled in workflow creation I hope someone has one to share. :-)
