Reliability of the RSS feed?
-
I'm following the forum through the RSS feed (https://forum.omz-software.com/recent.rss) but it seems that many posts don't actually appear in the feed. I always need to go to the website and look in my account's "inbox" to see which posts I've missed. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or did I subscribe to the wrong feed?

i think you probably want to subscribe to the category/5.rss

I see now... The
recent.rss
feed only shows recently created threads, but not replies to existing threads. The per-forum feeds show all posts, but they are for one forum only, which means I would miss any posts under the general discussion and announcements section. Is there a feed that contains all posts in all forums?

skimmed the source for nodebb, and at first glance it appears there are topics, categories, popular, and recent feeds. unless categories/0 maps to all categories, it seems like you need a feed for each forum.

Hm, it seems that the feed only contains the latest post in each thread. Any replies before that are not in the feed. At least I'll notice when there are new replies, but I still need to check my "inbox" manually to follow the entire discussion.
