last edited by Webmaster4o@scj643 I'd see what RSS feeds are available, I don't think there's one for individual user notifications though. I use IFTTT with the new topics RSS feed to send me notifications:

last edited byThe RSS feeds are slightly broken unfortunately. They only have one "news item" per thread, for which the "description" shows the latest reply. There's no way that I can find to get a proper feed with all posts and replies.
