iTunes file sharing
-
I don't usually connect my iPad 3 to iTunes but I wanted to see if I could move some files to Pythonista that way (I know about several other ways but I just wanted to see if this would work). There are several things I don't understand. Firstly, I have both Pythonista and Pythonista 3 on my iPad, yet in the list of Apps on iTunes, Pythonista 3 doesn't show up. Secondly, in the list of Apps that support file sharing, Pythonista doesn't show up at all (either version). Since I haven't tried to do this before,I don't even know if this is supposed to work. Any suggestions are welcome.

Apple app review guidelines won't allow apps to ingest executable content (e.g Python scripts) https://forum.omz-software.com/topic/3533/share-projects-with-itunes-pc-connection/2

Thanks. I figured it might be something like that. Gotta love those guidelines (not). Unrelated question...is there a directory of Textures (for Scenes) bundled with Pythonista and if so where is it and how would I view its contents?
-
@ihf You can use the
[+]
button in the code editor (at the top) to view bundled images/textures. -
@omz thanks. Sorry if I am being dense but If I use the + button I get a choice of Images, Sounds, Colors, and Fonts. Where are the Textures?
-
@ihf A texture is basically the same as an image.

@omz Thanks. That is what I figured but I was looking for emj:Sun_1 and emj:Moon_5 and did not see them. I now see that they are in the Images/Emoji folder.
