Pythonista 1.4
-
I'm pleased to announce that Pythonista 1.4 is available now. It brings an all-new UI for iOS 7, new modules for contacts, geo-location and text-to-speech, Open in menu integration, an improved library view, and quite a lot more.
Federico Viticci has already written a great rundown of the most notable new features and improvements on MacStories:
→ Automate iOS Contacts, Location Services, and Open In Menu with Pythonista 1.4

@RainmanNoodles Something along the lines of
console.open_in()
would definitely make sense, I've put it on my todo list.

Thank you so much for 1.4! It fixed all of my problems. :-)

-
When the bluetooth keyboard using. can disable the bottom 2 line?

Didn't realize this, I guess I need to change the shortcut then (or perhaps make it customizable).
-
Not possible right now, sorry.

-
- Can using cmd+G (Go) .
-
@wolf71 cmd+G is probably not a good choice, it's commonly used for select next search result on OS X (and I might use it for that in Pythonista as well).
-
Can add the muti-lines comment function?
select muti-lines ,and then cmd+/ to comment or discomment .

I wanted to say that wolf71 isn't the one struggling with the Cmd-Space shortcut. I have two keyboards set up (English and Russian), and I confirm that Pythonista intercepts the Cmd-Space shortcut, which otherwise switches between keyboards. The only workaround is to open the on-screen keyboard (via the Eject key on the Apple Wireless Keyboard), tap the Next Input Method button on the on-screen keyboard, and then hide the on-screen keyboard.
