Exists a mobile coding alternative to Pythonista for iOS and iPad? Unfortunately, Pyto, another excellent programme, has recently experienced some problems, and Pythonista isn't updated (I'm aware of the problems with this topic).

I don't mind if it costs money as long as it permits installing packages and accessing files; I really need an effective and dependable IDE.

        Which ones?

I guess you want Python. Thus, I think that only Pyto will meet your criteria, even if it is (not yet?) perfect. Pyto is young as its developer is, and I hope she will continue the development, even if she never answers to questions of her customers in the Reddit she promotes 🙄

Python scripts can be edited in VIM and run in a shell in a-shell app, if that is what you are looking for.
Also has GitHub access via lg2.
            Pip for installing packages.
            Pico for quick edits.
            Also, free.
