Flick button keyboard.

@cvp
I know that.
I can't convey my information because the Google translation became a literal translation. -

Thanks to Google Translate, I get "I used the "web page" metaphor.".
Ok, I understand but in which app do you use the keyboard? For instance to write an email.
And if you put your cursor at begin to your text, if you tap "read from", I don't understand why you don't hear the text. -
@cvp
I mainly use it for mail applications.
But the button doesn't respond. -
@shinya-ta Since, I don't understand at all, for me it works also on my iPhone.
But if VoiceOver is activated, I hear "read from" (label of the key) together with the read text.
Which is your iOS version?
-
@cvp
My ios version is 16.1.1. -
@shinya-ta like me, thus, really, I don't understand. There should be something different in the settings
-
@cvp
Are there any possible settings? -
@shinya-ta no idea
-
@cvp
For the time being, please put this button on hold once and continue the flick input button. -
@cvp said
continue the flick input button.
What do you mean? Other buttons? If yes, describe the keyboard and each sub-button
-
@cvp
I did it. It was my setting mistake.Please improve the "read from" button.
Now I read from the right side of the cursor to the end of the text, but now I want you to read from the beginning of the text to the left side of the cursor. -
@shinya-ta not sure I correctly understand, please try this

I read the buttons as I wanted, but I got the following error and didn't display all of the keyboard on the iPhone screen.“File "/private/var/mobile/Containers/Shared/AppGroup/ 263EB98D-49AC-45A8-9637-2EF523D820AC/Pythonista3/
Documents/keyboard_9.3.py", line 173, in dimensions

Also, even if you tap the same flick input button after operating the flick input button once, Voice over doesn't work, so it doesn't read out letters. -
@cvp
The desired sub button is the reverse function of "⏩" and you want "⏪". When you select Emoji, you have to go around to go back to the original state.Can you add a function like a globe button?
I want a screen with only numbers and alphabet by switching the keyboard. -

I suppose you don't have gestures.py in the same folder as your keyboard script.
One more time
That's the reason why I'had tried (unsuccessfully) that you store this gestures.py in the site-packages folder.
In this case, it would be automatically found anywhere you put your keyboard.even if you tap the same flick input button after operating the flick input button once, Voice over doesn't work, so it doesn't read out letters.
I guess this is due to the fact that VoiceOver does not know we have selected a key, but I'm not sure

Can you add a function like a globe button?
I want a screen with only numbers and alphabet by switching the keyboard.Is that new requests ? Wow, lot of work and please describe more clearly, once at a time
Would you hope that a long-presss on ⏩ shows a ⏪?
Or a new ⏪ button just after ⏩?And the bottom line of a Pythonista keyboard contains a globekey
-
-
This has been solved.
-
This is still going to continue. I don't know why.
I could use the version "V 00.01" without any problems. -
I want a new "⏪" button right after.
As for the new request, I want a button like the keyboard switch button on the Pythonista.
One is a number button. The other is an alphabet button. The number button is only a single tap button.
Alphabets are flick input buttons, and I want "a. b.c.", "d. e. f", "g. h. I", "j. k. l", "m. n. o", "p. q. r. s", "t. u. v", "w. x. y. z" and "upper case and lower case buttons".

I am not sure to understand really the problem
Could you describe one by one each tap or long press of which key
Example:
long press on さ
tap on し
tap on さAnd tell what is read and what is not at each step
Please, remember also how to do a long press when VoiceOver is activated: is that double tap and hold?
I will reset code of version 00.01 and you will give me a feed back
-
@shinya-ta version 00.05 is available with ⏪ button
