Aha! Thank you very much.
Somehow I hadn't noticed that at first. I did notice it upon further playing, but thank you for your further elaboration.

Hi there,
Fresh purchaser of Editorial (and Pythonista!) here. Excited to check out these awesome-looking apps.
However, all my taskpaper files are saved with .txt extensions ... this gives me less trouble when working with them on other platforms that don't have native taskpaper editing support.
But I can't seem to figure out how to open them in Editorial in TaskPaper mode ... I have never had a problem with this in any of the other TaskPaper apps I've used, for iOS and OS X, going back quite a ways (to iOS 4) ... is there a way to do this?
I see in the documentation that there is a way to reset file associations back to default, so there must be a way of editing file associations somewhere ... but I can't seem to find it. Is it only when opening an unrecognized association that these can be edited?
I'm OK if all my .txt files open in Taskpaper, as taskpaper format doesn't significantly interfere with plain text editing, IMO ...
Thanks
