Build Standalone app with matplotlib

The script file for building standalone apps using pythonista code does not support matplotlib. I have a pythonista code that creates Thiessen polygons using scatter points and uses matplotlib to plot the polygons. I would like to build a standalone app. Anyone have suggestions?
