True. I thought it was. but after that when I tried import pandas, l got the error as follows:

ImportError: C extension: hashtable not built. If you want to import pandas from the source directory, you may need to run 'python setup.py build_ext --inplace' to build the C extensions first.I cannot solve this. Is it impossible to install pandas correctly on python it's? Pls advise.

I had the same error message when I tried to install pandas via stash. And now the installation was done successfully with your solution above. Thank you.
