Don't know why I didn't think of that! Works perfectly. Thanks!

Force nonsuperscript character after a superscript character
Hoping someone has a suggestion. I am writing a document which contains instances of a word ending with a superscript character. Looks like this -- time^2
In preview mode or printing, the '2' correctly appears as a raised superscript character.
Sometimes that word is followed by a comma or a period. When that happens, the comma or period also appears as superscript. This is not good. The only solution I've found so far is to use a space between the word and the punctuation. Also not good.
Does anyone have any idea how to force the character immediately following a superscript character to appear normally, without putting a space between them?

Feature request: Improve editing of file name
Ole, I find it difficult to edit file names in the navigation popup, if the part I want to edit is outside the visible field. For example, if I just want to correct a typo.
I'm using the onscreen iOS keyboard. When I press and hold the file name, I can edit anything visible, but I can't scroll left/right or move the cursor beyond what's visible.
The best solution I've found is to copy the whole file name and edit it outside the field, then re-paste.
A minor issue, but please give it some thought. One possibility might be to make the field expand to the size of the content.
Thanks for an amazing app.

1st paragraph not visible in preview
I just ran into something odd. It's a minor issue, but please check it out when you have time.
If a colon appears anywhere in the first paragraph of text in an .md file, that paragraph doesn't display in preview.
It only happens in the first paragraph. Colons in other paragraphs don't create a problem.
This is very minor, and isn't really a problem, but it drove me nuts for about half an hour today!

Create docx file using Python-docx?
I would like to convert an .md or .txt file to a docx, locally. I've been using the docverter workflow, and I'm really happy with it, but it still needs an internet connection, which is sometimes not possible.
I recently found Python-docx on github (https://github.com/python-openxml/python-docx) which seems to do exactly that.
I don't have a clue about working in Python. Is this something Editorial can do in a workflow with a python step?
Is Python-docx even possible to use on an iOS device?
If not, does anyone have any ideas about how to do the conversion?
FYI, all I'm really trying to do is send an Editorial file to Word (for iPad) using "open in". I can make Word appear as a sharesheet destination by just giving the file a .docx extension, but of course it won't open in Word.
Thanks for any advice.

DropboxTrash folders
Another question about moving files.
When I select a file and hit "move", a list of folders pops up, as destination options. But the list starts with a folder called .DropboxTrash, followed by subfolders in Trash. Below that I see a list of the actual folders on my iPad.
I never noticed this before, and it's a bit confusing. I think it started after I hit the "Show Deleted Files" button in Settings>Advanced.
Is there a way to "unshow" these folders? I certainly don't have any use for them appearing as destination options when I want to move a file.
For that matter, is there a way to empty the trash?
Again, not complaining. I'm extremely happy with Editorial. It makes my life complete!

Moving files from local to dropbox
It doesn't seem to be possible to move files from the iPad to Dropbox using the "move file" function. When I select a file and hit "move" the only folders visible are those on my local device.
The only workaround I've found is to "open in" Dropbox. Then I have to go back and delete the original file on the iPad.
Am I missing something? I hope someone can help.
Ole, thank you from the bottom of my heart for an incredible tool. Editorial is the best editor I've ever found!

RE: Editorial 1.2 Ideas/Requests
There is a place for HTML in the "generate PDF document" step of the new "convert to PDF" workflow. Just copy your preferred theme's HTML into that slot.
If you want the ability to export with different themes, make multiple copies of the workflow and edit accordingly.
Just a suggestion.

RE: Can MarkDown Preview Window position be synced with the Editor cursor position?
I agree. That's been a bit of a problem for me since I first started using Editorial. Especially with long docs.
If syncing the cursor position is difficult, perhaps it would be possible to either a) add a search function to the preview window, or b) add the "outline" function (like when you tap the title in the editing window and get a dropdown showing the headers).

RE: Questions about Custom Markdown Template and Footnote Formatting
Just wondering if you've had any luck with this. Tweaking the footnote citations is the one thing I haven't been able to figure out.
