Programming music through pythonista
-
I'm new to this - but I was hoping to use pythonista to programme mathematical music interpretation. Unless I'm mistaken, sound.play_effect() only supports 12 notes so is too limited for my requirements. Jython Music looks to achieve what I want, but I don't think I can import it through pythonista - have I got this wrong? Is there another way of achieving the same goal?

You are not limited to the built-in sounds. See: http://omz-forums.appspot.com/pythonista/post/5786871732895744 "soundfonts" are 88-note samples from lots of different musical instruments that you can
download
and play. -
thank you - that's a huge help!
