Cannot find "asset picker"

I have just purchased the ios version, and I am running it on 2017 ipad pro. I cannot find the "asset picker [+]" in the editor view, is it disabled by default? How can i enable it?

never mind, found it. :) it is not in the top left anymore, it is located at the right bottom corner.
