Okay, this is bizarre. I was on a longer flight yesterday and opened a new MD file on Editorial to write a review. Mind, I was offline. I renamed it and started typing, getting the first draft done before I landed.
After landing, I connected to the airport wifi and everything synced. I know that Dropbox sync worked, because I'd also sent three PDFs I'd generated from the Editorial PDF workflow to a separate folder on my Dropbox.
My work, however, was gone. The file came up with 0 bytes in Editorial and, in fact, apparently wasn't even openable, as Editorial displayed a strange message with "Open in..." as an option.
I was dismayed, to say the least.
When I finally came back online with my laptop, however, I was very surprised to find a complete file containing my review in the Editorial app directory on Dropbox!
Even more confusing is that on my iPad, the file still comes up with zero bytes.
      What went wrong?

@ccc Ah, very interesting. The difference being here, that my file was synced just fine to Dropbox, albeit still being zero bytes on the iPad.

That post was 9 months ago ... I would have thought that a killer bug like that would have been fixed asap! I'm hoping I didn't buy the wrong product if the support doesn't work?
