Editing Document Templates

Does anyone know if you can edit document templates? I created one that I wanted to edit but I could not find a way to do it, so I had to delete the template and create a new one.

Start by pressing "+" to select a new document template. Press the info "i" button on the far right. At the top of the screen should be "Edit Template..."
