@lachlantula , no problems. I was just intrested in trying it after @abcabc pointed out the secure attr. I have see things go strange before when you play with the size of the system font. But initially I was using the default size. Oh, well
On ipad, the problem is that in fullscreen, using convert_point with None thinks 0,0 is at the physical bottom left corner of the screen. also ui.get_keyboard_frame returns nonsense values. things work normally if converting between two views, just not view to None
it seems my code to fix this issue is not working either though... so somewhere along the line the problem changed.
Did you look at ccc's link? He shows how to set content size of the scrollview, and width of the textview. The key is that you are creating a textview wider than the scrollview width, and the scrollview content_width also must be wider than the scrollview width.
